For Cake -
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Combine flour and sugar. Set aside. Put butter, oil, cocoa and water in pan. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour into flour and sugar mixture. Mix well. Add last set of ingredients. Mix well. Put into pan and bake for 30 minutes.For Icing -
